Let’s sort the wonky bit.
01Something in the box went wonky?
Send the game name, your order reference and a useful description of the problem. A missing piece and a damaged box need different information. Hold onto the packaging and let us give you the correct instructions before returning anything.
02The important rights bit.
Our shop rules do not cancel your Australian Consumer Law rights. Faulty products can call for a repair, replacement or refund according to the circumstances. For a major product problem, the choice between refund and replacement belongs to the consumer. There is a link to the ACCC guide below.
03Picked the wrong sort of fun?
If you simply changed your mind, ask us whether a return can be arranged before sending the game back. We discuss any conditions with you. That conversation is separate from helping with a game that is faulty or different from its description.
