How the boxes get to you.
01The ride costs what it says.
Postage to an Australian address adds A$6.50 to a bag below A$110.00. Reach that games subtotal and the ride is free. We show the amount before the last button, so there is no delivery-cost reveal after you finish.
02The button starts a request.
Finishing checkout puts your games and contact details on our order list. It does not charge a card. We still confirm what is available and how payment will work before anything ships. Copy the reference from the success page: an automatic email is not sent.
03Birthday coming up? Tell us first.
A wish for Friday is not the same as a confirmed delivery date. Ask about timing before you order something for an event. If a typo slips into the address, send the order reference through Say hello and explain the correction rather than making another order.
